Midlife: when the Universe grabs your shoulders and tells you “I’m not f#@#ing around, use the gifts you were given” – Brene Brown
Mid-life crises or Mid-life transformation?
Crisis – a time of intense difficulty
Transformation – the act or process of changing
No matter what age or stage you are at in life, things change – your relationships, your career, your body, even your identity of who you thought you were supposed to be
They may be difficult and feel like a crises but how do you turn the crisis into transformation?
We start thinking about all the things we haven’t done
Ponder the potential of what we could do
Question our path and ask who we want to be when we “grow up”
It is time to let go of what you thought your life should be and embrace who you were always meant to be
I help people experiencing a midlife transition to embrace the unknown by leading them to discover their authentic self
You’re never too late to be where you’re supposed to be
Belonger Yoga is about helping you find your authentic self through the practice of yoga
What is your authentic self?
It is who you are on the inside and this is found by taking the time to understand your values, vision, goals, and beliefs.
It encompasses all of you, body, mind, and spirit.
This ultimately will lead to transformation and finding your purpose and will move you towards becoming who you are meant to be.
Your vision will become clear only when you look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakens. – Carl Jung
Transformation begins with you
